Sales Manager - Hospitality Focus

Location: Gent/Hybrid (with international travel)

YOUR MISSION
As Sales Manager at Paveau, your primary focus will be to lead the commercial expansion of our hospitality collection — tailored for high-end hotels, restaurants, and event venues that value sustainability and design. While supporting our retail presence, your key responsibility is to grow and solidify Paveau’s footprint in the HoReCa segment, creating long-term partnerships and elevating our presence in the international hospitality scene.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the commercial success of our hospitality line, from boutique hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants.
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for hospitality clients, balancing direct outreach with partnerships and distributors.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the premium HoReCa market, both in Belgium and abroad. Act as the primary point of contact for key hospitality accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Support retail sales (concept stores, lifestyle boutiques) where aligned with our hospitality presence.
  • Represent Paveau at international trade fairs, networking events and client visits as a brand ambassador.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and marketing.
  • Shape and refine our pricing, channel strategy and discounting approach in collaboration with leadership.
  • Prepare the ground for building a future hospitality sales team as the brand scales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, builds deep relationships and knows how to close a deal with impact.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in hospitality, premium design, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to win and manage high-value hospitality accounts.
  • Strategic and operational mindset: you’re equally skilled in shaping plans and executing them.
  • Strong network in the hospitality industry is a major asset. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French/German is a plus).
  • Genuine passion for design, sustainability and meaningful customer experiences.
  • Comfortable with international travel and cross-cultural business.
