Not satisfied with your order?
 
No problem! You can return your order within fourteen days of delivery.

Please fill in our return form and email it to us at hello@paveau.com. Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.

If we receive the order in the same good condition as it was delivered to you, we will refund the full amount of your order.

 

Damaged order? Wrong product received? Other issues?

If your Paveau bottle is delivered broken or damaged, please email us within two days at hello@paveau.com. For other issues (e.g., receiving a Paveau bottle in the wrong color), please inform us within two months of identifying the problem. Of course, the sooner you contact us, the sooner we can assist you.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect order in your email. We will then either send you a new item as soon as possible or offer to repair the damaged product.
