From the very beginning, Paveau has been a company with a mission. We aim to make the world more beautiful, both literally and figuratively—and most importantly, better. For this generation and those to come. With our reusable bottles, we are firmly saying no to plastic pollution, which has a disastrous impact on both us and our environment. That’s why we not only focus on developing products that are eco-friendly alternatives to plastic, but we also teamed up with Plastic Bank—a partnership with a plastic-free future.
Less Plastic, Less Pollution, More Employment
Plastic Bank is a social organization with a dual purpose: to end plastic pollution and fight poverty. With contributions from companies, they engage local communities worldwide to collect plastic waste. This creates additional employment opportunities, improving people’s lives. The collected plastic waste goes directly to recycling companies, where it gets a second life.
In other words, plastic is "upcycled" into a valuable currency to help prevent pollution and poverty. This is a vital part of the circular economy, extending the lifecycle of materials and reducing the need for new raw materials.
Paveau is Making a Difference
Plastic Bank’s vision aligns seamlessly with that of Paveau. That’s why we invest annually in plastic credits to support their circular and sustainable model. Our contribution helps boost the collection, recycling, and development of infrastructure to ensure plastic doesn’t end up in landfills or our oceans, seas, lakes, and rivers.
Thanks to our contribution, Plastic Bank can collect and process 240,000 plastic bottles annually. In fact, with each Paveau bottle you purchase, you contribute to cleaning up eight plastic bottles.
Plastic Bank by the Numbers
Plastic Bank consists of a community of more than 50,000 members, employed across 600+ communities. They have already collected more than 8 billion plastic bottles—equivalent to nearly 170 million kg of plastic.
A company with real impact, and at Paveau, we are proud to contribute to that mission.
