Our Annual Christmas Table, Rooted in Tradition

Our Annual Christmas Table, Rooted in Tradition

Each year, our Christmas table is a moment we truly look forward to. A tradition where we bring together everything Paveau stands for: warmth, elegance and thoughtful styling. This season, we went all the way with a rich red and green palette, creating a festive table that feels classic, generous and unmistakably celebratory.

Ralph Lauren–Inspired Christmas Warmth

For this year’s styling, we drew inspiration from the iconic Ralph Lauren Christmas aesthetic. Timeless, layered and deeply atmospheric. The foundation of the table is a burgundy tablecloth with delicate embroidery.

We layered the table with tartan placemats in khaki, moss and burgundy tones to add depth and texture.

On top of this, we played with contrast through tableware. We combined two different plates: a toile de Jouy plate in soft cream and green from Zara Home paired with a deep red plate from Mango for a bold, festive accent.

The look is finished with classic  silver cutlery from Christofle, adding a timeless, almost heirloom-like quality to the table.

Festive Accessories & Floral Styling

Our accessories were intentionally classic: silver candlesticks from our family collection, paired with ivory Ester & Erik candles. The floral styling embraces tradition with deep red roses and seasonal greenery, bringing a sense of heritage, elegance and quiet sophistication to the table.

Glassware That Creates Height & Rhythm

To add height and visual rhythm, we worked with different types of glassware in varying colours. Longdrink glasses and small tumblers were mixed for water service, while festive coupes were added for the aperitif moment

The Paveau colour palette for this table consists of Mist, Silt and Moss. These shades return consistently throughout the styling, creating harmony while allowing each element to stand out.

A Christmas Table Meant to Be Shared

The result is a Christmas table that feels festive and inviting yet refined. A table designed to gather around and to celebrate the season together.

Special thanks to Atelier Détail for the flowers and styling.
