Easter table inspiration by Stéphanie from Atelier Détail

2025 is the year of colour for me - bye bye beige!

Easter is just around the corner, which means it’s time to bring out your most vibrant spring styling: think colour, coziness, and delicious food. For the ultimate table inspiration, we turned to Stéphanie Vannieuwenhuyse from Atelier Détail — a creative mind with an impeccable eye for styling and florals. She’s the one who brings our shoots to life with the perfect atmosphere, colour palette, and flower choices. We asked her about her favourite Easter traditions, spring blooms, and her tips to make your Easter table truly stand out.

Stéphanie, how did you first get to know Paveau?
I’ve been a fan since day one. Isabelle’s sister is a friend of mine, so I started following Paveau really early on. It’s such a great product. We drink a lot of water at home. I average about 3.5 litres a day! After years of dragging heavy water packs around, we finally installed a tap filter system. Our Paveau bottles have been absolutely essential ever since.

What does your ideal Easter day look like?
My perfect Easter starts with a hopefully sunny morning in the garden, surrounded by spring flowers in full bloom. The kids run around outside searching for the chocolate the Easter bells have left behind. Afterwards, it’s time for a big Easter brunch with the whole family: there’s plenty of food, everyone’s together, and the little ones are covered in chocolate by now.

And how do you set the perfect Easter table? What are your must-haves?
I love a traditional Easter table, complete with egg cups, matching napkins, a lovely tablecloth, and our “Sunday best” tableware. I always pair it with a Paveau Bottle and Bondi glasses, playful and fresh, the ultimate spring shade that symbolises a new beginning.

What flowers do you associate with Easter and springtime?
All spring blooms are favourites of mine, but if I had to pick one, I’d say ranunculus. They’re not as delicate as people think. In fact, they last quite a while. They open up more over time, and their colours soften beautifully. Just refresh the water every few days and trim the stems, and you’ll enjoy them for up to two weeks.

Are there any spring decor or table styling trends you’re loving this year?
The single flower trend is one I’m fully embracing this year. It’s all about choosing just one type of flower rather than mixing different ones. You can easily fill small vases yourself and style your table in no time. My top tip? Make sure no two stems are the same height. It creates a playful, effortless look.

At the same time, I’m also leaning into a “more is more” approach this year. I love patterned tablecloths and napkins with fun stitching. Add in statement napkin rings and you’re set. For me, 2025 is the year of colour, so it’s goodbye beige. I’m using bolder, brighter tones in my work. The bottles and glasses from Paveau are the perfect fit for this. Mixing colours like Lucky, Pink, and Cable instantly brings life and personality to any table.
